Windows CE 6.0 on my pc?

I have a computer with a Pentium 4 processor, 512mb of ram, 20G harddrive. Would Windows CE 6.0 be good for my desktop. I browse the web, facebook, a few java and flash based games, use AIM MSN and YAHOO messenger would it be sufficent for me?
