My computer is stuck on boot manager is compressed.?

Well I have windows 7 starter and I downloaded windows 7 and my computer just turned off so I turned it back on and It has boot manager is compressed ctrl+alt+del and when I pressed it 3 times nothing happened it went to the same screen again.I have asus net book. http://twitpic.com/43iyxk
