Watched a movie and now scared?

I just watched a movie (I Know My First Name Is Steven) and now I'm so scared of being kiddnapped. It was a true story and I shouldn't have watched it. I can't go to sleep now. Please help!!!!! im so scared!! btw, for ppl who have not seen this movie its about a young boy being kidnapped. its not a horro film but its veru scary. i cant get my mind off it im scared itll happen to me
