What are the movies being filmed in San Francisco in 2011?

I know recently there has been more movies/tv productions being filmed in San Francisco, such as Matt Damon's Contagion and Nicole Kidman's "Hemingway and Gellhorn". What's the reason for this renewed interest in filming in the Bay Area? Also do you know of any other future projects that will be filmed in this area?
