Digital persona personal, finger print reader sez "not connected" Please SOS?

Hi ,experts out there on line,time has come to show up and do something.Well ! my windows 7 has lost its virginity bcoz i screwed it up for the sake of Primavera conflict,b4 it was 64 bit Home,now 32bit ultimate W7. i did install digital persona personal fingerprint reader from HP drivers site,but it sez install the drivers from recovery disk! kahan bheji cd unhoney yaaro.
