Windows services.......?

I have windows seven , and i messed with some service options(like witch profile they connect to and it kinda messed up a lot of services because of dependencies, and i can't reset the log on the correct profile) and I was wondering is there something i can do to reset it all ? I think i haven't made a backup file for services.I have windows 7.
