Is there mold growth?

I live in Brainerd, Minnesota, United States. my bedroom window has one set of two windows inside, a wooden sill, and two on the outside of the sill and my house. One of the windows it missing, and water damage has rotted the sill to the point there's a small hole below my window. The wood is mostly rotten and damaged, as well as a fair amount of material in the wall. Winter lasts from roughly November to March, snowing randomly throughout the season. It doesn't rain often. There is a musty odor in my room, do you think there's mold damage? If so, what kind grows in these conditions?
