How can I make a Windows Ultimate 64bit boot disk on my USB Flash Drive in 32bit Vista?

ok this is the app i use its called wintoflash Google it you have to have the windows cd and a flash drive that is able to hold it OH and a torrent program to download wintoflash its free and legal and its really easy to use
