Why is my English so terrible?

From the description you just gave, your english sounds fine. I make those mistakes sometimes too, and I was born here. Don't stress, everyone makes mistakes. There are some americans here who don't even say or spell "library" right, and you can spell and articulate with correct grammar and spelling? It sounds good to me, so don't sweat. (:
