Serious windows 7 issue?
Remove RAMs and reinstall them after proper cleanliness.. then reconnect the HDD connectors carefully... remove CD/DV ROM cables and remove every other extra card plugged in else than essentials like AGP/VGA and sound cards...Start it again... if the problem persists, a reinstall will be only solution!
