Display driver stopped responding and has recovered - Help?

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered, i get this msg about twice an houer, my screen goes black for a few seconds and then comes back, this did not happend before i Reinstalled windows 64 bit, same version same CD same drivers.... i have a ATI HD 5500 graphic card. How can i fix this?
